We are Control4 Official Gold Dealers. All of our engineers are Control4 certified programmers which allows them to update firmware during the proactive visits so you benefit from the latest operating systems.

We are also able to get first line tech support from Control4 if needed to diagnose issues with your system or process repairs and RMA’s

We are able to provide support to ensure that your home cinema is working to its original design and each element is optimised and configured correctly.

We often find Cinema’s which have not been correctly configured but have amazing equipment in place.

We can ensure that if this is the case we put recommendations forward to resolve this to ensure you and your family get the best experience possible.

During our Proactive Aftercare visits we will ensure that firmware is up to date on all critical components such as the router, network switches and wireless access points.

We will cross check your incoming speeds against the provider’s estimated speeds for your property to ensure you are getting the speeds that you are paying for.

We will periodically change passwords to ensure your system is secure.

We can maintain a number of intercom systems such as BPT, 2N and Control4.

We can make changes such as removing or adding additional PIN codes and ensuring that the list of people that have access to the property is up to date.

We can diagnose and rectify issues with gate controls.

If you have automated blinds or curtains we can assist to ensure these stay operational and are integrated correctly into your system.

We can supply Luton Roller Blinds, Venetians or Roman Shades and Lutron curtain tracks.

We can integrate with other providers such as Somfy or Silent Gliss.

We can identify any issues you may have with your multi-room audio system.

We can advise ways in which to use simple streaming platforms such as Spotify or Airplay. This is often not possible with older systems which pre-date this technology.

We can expand or amend existing systems by supplying new speakers from a wide variety of manufacturers such as Bowers & Wilkins, Steinway Lyngdorf & many more.

We can assist with any TV related problem such as intermittent signals or expanding an existing system with new content sources.

We can fault find large rack based systems with HdBaseT matrices or Video over IP solutions.

We can assist with remote controls which are not working correctly within rooms when controlling TV’s.
