We have created a proven process, putting our clients first at all times, to ensure we can provide you the support you require
Book site visit to:
Review systems in place so we can confirm we can support them
Identify any remote access tools required for offsite support
Discuss which plan is best suited for your property
If a proposal is needed for remedial work or remote access tools this will be sent to you
If the proposal is accepted, these works will be carried out before any plan commences
Once complete (or if no works are required) My AV Support will reconfirm the chosen plan and send a link for signing up to plan
Once the contract is in place, we will reach out to organise the onboarding visit, provide contact details for future support and arrange provisional dates for proactive visits
